Spokane Mobile Media Blasting - Dustless Paint Removal

Sandblasting vs Dustless Blasting

Dustless Blasting is similar to Sandblasting in that both processes use particles to clear a surface of applied coatings. These small particles are propelled at the surface with high pressure to break down and remove the applied coatings. The biggest difference between Sandblasting and Dustless Blasting is the water added to the small particles in the dustless blaster equipment. The addition of water significantly reduces the amount of dust particles released into the surrounding air. Additionally, the water keeps the blasting surface cooler and removes the possibility of stretching, common with sandblasted sheet metal.

We feel this is the best solution especially since we blast at your location. We think you would agree that not introducing dust into your environment is the best approach.
